As you may be aware, I enjoy the occasional urban exploration foray, especially when it involves abandoned hospitals, asylums, and factories. However, I’ve never come across anything as interesting as what some urban explorers discovered in an abandoned warehouse in Detroit:

creepy crazy man…but i have to say its probably because there was no smell that no one did anything. If it stank than they would have done something about it.

What an incredible photo. I’ve always wanted to explore Detroit. I can only imagine what it would be like to encounter something/someone like this myself. Sad and wonderfully eerie.

I just read on that the unfortunate guy’s name was John Redding. He was 56 and died of a cocaine overdose.
