Today’s Angry Yet Truly Morbid Fact!
In 1995, Miguel Gonzales of Waianea, Hawaii, was convicted of assaulting his girlfriend and was ordered to take an anger-management class. The class was held at a local church and was taught by Charles Mahuka. Mahuka was on parole after serving time for trying to kill a man with a fishing spear in 1986. Gonzales arrived at the class drunk and when he continued to be disruptive, Mahuka punched him. Gonzales went into a coma and died and Mahuka was charged with murder.
